ELECTION OF VICE-CAPTAIN

In accordance with Rule 6 of the Club Rules, notice is hereby given that there will be a meeting of the Captains’ Committee on Tuesday, 21st June 2022 to consider nominations for the office of Vice-Captain for 2023.

Full, Restricted or Part-Play members wishing to put forward a nominee for the office of Vice-Captain shall submit a proposal in writing, signed by the nominee and at least six such Full, Restricted or Part-Play members. Any proposal submitted in this way shall be lodged in the Club office in a sealed envelope addressed to the Captain and marked ‘Vice-Captain nomination’.

At this meeting of the Captains’ Committee these nominations shall be considered alongside any proposed by the current Vice-Captain and/or the Club’s Past Captains. Subsequent to the meeting, the name of the nominee selected by the Captains’ Committee shall be posted on the Club notice board and be put before Club members for formal approval at the next Annual General Meeting, currently scheduled for Saturday, 19th November 2022.

NOTE: The latest time for nominations to be delivered to the Club office shall be midday on Monday, 20th June 2022.
